This flush valve comes complete with the tank to bowl gasket, along with the seal and nut to secure it to the tank and prevent any small leaks from happening around the valve itself. It also contains the flapper and the chain and hook to connect to the lever. The flapper has a yellow float which helps it stay up for the complete flush.
