Shipping policy

Only Air shipments are guaranteed. UPS Ground, or any USPS shipping option is not guaranteed.

Shipments outside of the US: The rates we charge are for shipping only. If your country charges any duties, taxes, or fees you may be liable for them and/or have to pay them to your country's delivery service before they will deliver the package.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: TO RECEIVE ANY CREDIT FOR A SHIPMENT THAT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT YOU MUST EMAIL US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE OR THE SHIPPING COMPANY WILL DENY THE CLAIM AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESEND THE ITEM.
