Returns

To Make a return your return must first meet these three rules.

1. The item(s) is new and unopened.
2. Delivery to you was made less than 32 days ago.
3. You have a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
4. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON TOILET SEATS FOR ANY REASONS.

Additional Return Policies

  1. We do not refund shipping charges.
  2. There is a 0% to 15% restocking charge on returns depending on the return condition.

Damaged Product
TO RECEIVE ANY CREDIT FOR A SHIPMENT THAT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT YOU MUST EMAIL US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE OR THE SHIPPING COMPANY WILL DENY THE CLAIM AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESEND THE ITEM.
