BMI 27926 stem for the BMI hot and cold faucets. This stem is 9 7/8" long. The stem has a spring loaded end that moves in and out. When measuring the length of the stem you would need to measure with the end extended out of the stem. The stem also comes with the packing nut, and all of the gaskets, and O-rings.
