Arrowhead Brass Genuine PK8006 stem assembly. This stem will measure 10 1/4"" from tip to tip. This stem is also for a 6" wall thickness faucet that was made before year 1999. This stem will come complete with the nut, packing, and seals. If the faucet is older, you may have to shave 1/16" off of each corner of the new stem to get the stem to slide in.
